General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GCS”) govern the contractual relations between the site lhorizonn.com , operated by Essi Sefako Midadje (individual entrepreneur registered under number NEQ 2280753536 ), and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the site.

By validating an order on the site, the customer accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

The products offered for sale are those presented on the website lhorizonn.com , within the limits of available stocks. Each product is the subject of a detailed description (photos, technical characteristics, etc.). The visuals are not contractual.


3. Price

Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise stated. The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.


4. Order

The customer can place an order online, from the catalog accessible on lhorizonn.com . Any order implies acceptance of the prices, product descriptions and these General Terms and Conditions.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer, non-payment or suspicion of fraud.


5. Payment

Payment for purchases is made by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the site. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. LHORIZONN uses a secure payment platform that guarantees the protection of banking data.


6. Delivery

  • Areas served : Canada, France, Belgium, Switzerland, and other countries suggested when ordering.

  • Delivery times : between 5 and 10 working days depending on the destination.

  • Delivery costs : free for all orders, unless otherwise stated.

  • A tracking number is provided once the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary in the event of force majeure or logistical disruption beyond the control of the seller.


7. Withdrawal and returns

The customer has 30 days from receipt of their order to request a return or refund.

The return conditions are as follows:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition , unused and in its complete packaging.

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error attributable to the seller.

After receipt and verification of the returned product, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


8. Warranty

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee against defects of conformity and hidden defects , in accordance with the laws in force in Quebec and Canada.

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer must contact customer service at contact@lhorizonn.com with proof of purchase and photos/videos of the product concerned.


9. Liability

LHORIZONN cannot be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the purchase or use of a product.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. LHORIZONN is not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.


10. Protection of personal data

The data collected during the order process is necessary for purchasing management and customer relations. It is processed in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy and Canadian legislation (PIPEDA).

The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data at any time.


11. Intellectual Property

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
