2. Estimated delivery times

- Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland): 5 to 7 working days
- Other destinations: 7 to 15 working days
The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, periods of high activity (holidays, sales, etc.) or events beyond our control (customs, strikes, etc.).
3. Delivery costs
Delivery is free on all orders , with no minimum purchase.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to track your package in real time until delivery.
5. Carriers
We work with reliable international carriers such as:
- Canada Post , Chit Chats , Colis Privé , La Poste , etc.
(depending on destination and logistics agreements)
6. Delivery address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address.
LHORIZONN cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss due to an error in the address provided.
7. Undelivered / Lost / Returned Packages
- If you do not receive the package after 20 working days , please contact us at contact@lhorizonn.com .
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, a reshipment may be offered with additional costs.
8. Order damaged upon receipt
If your package arrives damaged, please:
