1. Withdrawal period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or refund, without having to provide a reason .
2. Conditions of eligibility for return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition , unused, without damage.
- It must be returned in its original packaging , with all accessories, manuals, cables, etc.
- Any trace of wear, shock or mishandling cancels the right to reimbursement.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a damaged , defective or non-compliant product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, at the following address:

Please attach to your message:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the product concerned
We will arrange replacement or refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
4. Return procedure
Here are the steps to follow to make a return:

Send a request to contact@lhorizonn.com specifying your name, order number and reason for return.

After validation by our customer service, you will receive the return address and instructions to follow.

Ship the package at your expense via a carrier with a tracking number.

Once the package is received and inspected, we will confirm by email whether the return is accepted or refused.
5. Reimbursement
If your return is accepted, we will refund you using the same payment method used for purchase, within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your package.
6. Non-refundable items
The following cases are not eligible for reimbursement :
- Products damaged by the user
- Products returned incomplete or without original packaging
- Products purchased on promotion or on sale (except for a defect found)
